The Shoebox Project, Yellow Brick House

For women who are victims of domestic abuse, addiction and homelessness, the holidays can be an especially difficult time.

The team at Add Impact participated in the Shoebox Project, an initiative founded in 2011 by four sisters-in-law: Caroline, Jessica, Vanessa & Katy. Shoeboxes wrapped in decorative paper and filled with uplifting gifts are collected, and then distributed to women living in shelters across the United States and Canada.

Our Team came together to fill shoeboxes, and include messages of hope to women going through difficult times. In total, we created and collected 41 gift-filled Shoe Boxes, which will be delivering to Yellow Brick House in Aurora for Christmas 2015.
