Merchandise

From top quality, retail, name brands to more cost effective promotional items, we ensure that
we find the right products to fit your corporate brand identity and culture. For a listing of some
of the brands that we carry, check out "brands" under Merchandise section on our website. In
addition to products that are already in existence, we also have the capability to create a product
especially for you; from the design through to Manufacture, we handle the entire process with
touch-points and approvals throughout to keep you in the loop.

Brand Protection

Every Add Impact employee is aware of how important a client's logo is to that company. Our
policy is to ensure that EVERY member of the team who works on your order or account is

familiar with your logo guidelines and standards. We keep a Brand Library, by account, so that
approved logos and taglines are kept on file for ongoing use.

Quotations

We will work with you to determine specific requirements with regard to an event or program. We
will ask a series of questions including:

Do you know the specific item you require?
If so, we can source and quote that item for you.

If not:

How many items do you need?

Are there any specific products or brands that your brand doesn't want to be affiliated
with (items related to liquor for example are rarely used by Automotive companies)?

What is your price range? We need a range to work with – there's no point offering
you items that don't fit within your budget!

Do you have a specific colour you want? For example, matching your logo is usually
important to our clients.

Who will be receiving the item? The demographic is very important when selecting
product for you. Male/Female recipients? Age group? Different items would
appeal to Insurance Brokers earning $200,000 annually, as opposed to Computer
Technicians in a $40,000 earning bracket

Is there an event that the items are required for? In this case, there is a very specific
date that must be adhered to.

Is there a theme around the event that we should match the products to? In some
cases our clients ask us to recommend both the theme and the products!

Will the products be required to leave the country for an event? This will definitely
narrow the products that we will offer based on duty tax issues.

How will you be distributing the product? Handing items out at an event will require
a different type of item than if you are shipping to a corporate office.

Do you require Fulfillment services with the product? Do you want us to group
products together into a package? Add your literature to the package, gift wrap, etc.

Do you need us to provide Distribution services? We are able to hold the product in
our Distribution Centre and ship it out in waves if necessary, across Canada, North
America or Globally.

How would you like to pay for the product? We generally have no trouble setting you
up with an account following our first order with you and we accept major credit cards
as well.

Do you require any specific reporting following the delivery of the item? We have the
capability to provide numerous types of reporting.

Pre-Production Approval

Following issuance of our quotation, our policy is to provide you with a proof that
describes "exactly" what you will be receiving, including a mock-up proof showing the layout of
your logo on the product, with all costing involved and timeline to delivery, prior to moving forward
with an order. Once we have your signed approval, we then move into production and deliver
within the agreed upon timeline.

Depending on the size of the order, we may also require a signed off pre-production sample.
Overseas orders require three copies of the actual product signed – our client keeps one, our
offices keep one and we send the third directly to the factory to ensure they produce the order exactly to your specifications.

Product Safety

We work with a grouping of preferred vendors to ensure that all Safety testing to Canadian
guidelines are adhered to. If we produce a product for our clients overseas we will ensure Safety
Testing is completed based on Canadian standards through a recognized testing facility.

Environmental Responsibility

We carry an extensive line-up of recycled, recyclable, and environmentally friendly products
and have a policy in place to continue to grow that range of products. From paper products made
from Rocks or Elephant Dung, to Bamboo fabric shirts, there is generally something to fit every
budget. In addition, Add Impact insists on using vegetable inks and recycled paper in our offices
and for all of our own marketing collateral.

We have an in-house recycling program designed to decrease our environmental footprint as
well.

Fulfillment & Distribution

We recently built a 20,000 square foot Distribution Centre, which allows us to manage larger
projects and programs for our clients. We will hold inventory on your on-line stores or complete
detailed distributions for you. We offer extensive fulfillment services that range from grouping
products with marketing collateral for our clients, to gift wrapping or tagging products. If we're
managing a program for our client's our general policy is "Free Warehousing".

Shipping

Our policy is to ship product to our clients in the most cost effective manner. We use a host
of Freight companies from UPS to Sure Ship. In addition, we have our own delivery vans that
service the GTA. We find that this allows us a more personalized service for our clients. Our
driver will carry the delivery in, open the boxes and help inspect the product, and actually put the
product away for the client, if requested. We add freight costs on the invoice in a separate line
so it's easy to break out.
