Add Impact is a solid Promotional Marketing company, recognized as one of the fastest growing in Canada.  We have long term employees who’ve been with us over 12 years, but more recently, we’ve added more top Promotional Sales and Marketing talent to our team.  Our people are passionate about our business and about our client’s; we truly operate as a team.  Our Sales Team is extremely supportive of one another and they meet regularly to discuss challenges and opportunities. Our operational team is strong and works towards continuous improvement of our systems and processes. 

Most importantly, what you will recognize immediately in our organization, is that our people truly care about our clients.   We build strong partnerships with our client’s and strive support them in any way we can.  Our CRM database ensures that we are able to get information to our clients fast, but we also believe strongly in one-to-one marketing.  We provide a newsletter to our customers on a regular basis to up date them on changes to our team, industry news and business opportunities for them. Every team mate is empowered to do what it takes to enchant our clients and to make every experience with us a fantastic one that they will remember!

You can never have too much knowledge! We believe that when it comes to your career, continuous education is such an important factor.  Add Impact supports our employees with on-going internal training on processes and systems, as well as external training specific to your own career path.  We insist on having our people attend Industry trade shows and vendor knowledge sessions to ensure that they stay up-to-date.

We are proud members of the PPPC (Promotional Product Professionals of Canada), ASI (Advertising Specialty Institute); on staff we are proud to have several Certified Advertising Specialists (CAS), 1 Master Advertising Specialist (MAS), and several more team members on their way to achieving their designation as well.  The CAS/MAS training is an investment in our future and we whole heartedly support our team members in this by financing the cost of the on-going training courses for those who wish to participate.  CAS/MAS certification is the only recognized designation in the promotional products industry and speaks to the professional integrity of our team.
